A beautiful venue in the heart of Door County, the Kress Pavilion offers two floors to host your event.

The second floor features the Great Hall, a modern space with floor to ceiling windows, wood floors and exposed beams, offering natural light and a bright room that highlights Door County beauty no matter what the weather. One side of the room features a double-sided gas fireplace, while the other features a video wall for slideshows and videos.

Surrounding the Great Hall is a wraparound porch, offering bay sunsets and orchard views with complimenting patio furniture. The south end of the porch features an indoor/outdoor fireplace and an area for a ceremony of up to 110, cocktail area or bar location. The bayside of the porch features bluff and bay views and can accommodate a ceremony of up to 132.

The first floor of the Kress is home to the Egg Harbor library and features wood ceiling and floors, with a stone fireplace. Rented in conjunction with the Great Hall after library hours, the first floor can be converted into a special event space for a cocktail party of up to 110, ceremony of up to 132 seated guests or seated dinner up to 100.

Please see our list of approved caterers. If your caterer is not on that list, or you wish to self- cater, please ask about our approved caterer application. You are able to bring in your own alcohol, but will need to have a licensed server that can be sourced through your caterer or through the Kress Pavilion. You are not allowed have a cash bar for your guests.
