Gabriela Garcia is the author of the novel Of Women and Salt, a powerful multi-generational portrait of the force of women in society that was named a best book of the year by The Washington Post, The Boston Globe and Harper’s Bazaar among others. Christine Vines’ work has appeared in numerous literary magazines. She is a 2022 American Short Fiction Workshop Scholar and was a runner-up for the Chicago Tribune’s 2018 Nelson Algren Literary Award.
