Yoga Basics: For People Who Think They Can’t Do Yoga

For those of you who think you’re too old, too stiff, too overweight, or too intimidated to start yoga. Open to men and women of all ages, we will focus on proper alignment using props and modifications to help you fit poses to your body’s needs. Exploring breathwork, yoga philosophy and basic meditation will enhance your experience on the mat.
