Pedal for Pancakes: A ride with a reward!
One couple’s fundraiser turned fun ride between Egg Harbor, Baileys and Back!
Egg Harbor business owners, Ann & Mike Johnson of Serenity Bridge Yoga, invite bike enthusiasts of all levels to take part in their Sunday tradition, a 20-mile round-trip ride from Egg Harbor to Baileys Harbor for breakfast and back!
On Sunday, July 21, riders will meet at the Kress Pavilion and travel to Thyme Cuisine where they will enjoy a pancake buffet. After breakfast, they will traverse the county and end up back at the library. After returning to Egg Harbor, attendees will have the choice of a post ride ice cream cone from Grumpy’s, a cocktail at Hatch Distilling or a beer at One Barrel Brewing.
This fun run is 20 miles round trip, and is suitable for beginner bike riders. The ticket includes registration, pancakes and a post ride treat. Any additional moneys after expenses will be donated to the Kress Pavilion. This event is made possible by Serenity Bridge Yoga, Thyme Cuisine, Kress Pavilion, Grumpy’s, Hatch Distilling and One Barrel Brewing.
This ride is a self-led ride, with maps and directional signage along the route. Riders are also required to wear helmet and encouraged to ride together. This is not a race.
