About the Instructor:
Sarah is the founder of The Dandelion Culture – a movement empowering you to change your stories to change your life.
Her workshops, retreats, and experiences are rooted in the wisdoms of Ayurveda, Divine Love, and Nature. With these as her guides, sacred space is created for us to soften our barriers between the natural world and one another and delivers a beautiful invitation for us to re-open our hearts and minds to the undeniable, soul-deep connection that lives within and throughout on this earthly journey we call Life.
She wears many hats, but her favorite is a straw fedora with feathers found in Nature.
“Please leave your shoes at the entrance of the forest and proceed with curiosity and joy! It’s GLOW time.”
